As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting for a senior position as Technical Solutions Architect to help with our further development.


Our team is diverse, highly trained and experienced in all aspects of IT solutions with strong focus on Cloud and Security. Each team member has specialist IT skill sets which add a wealth of knowledge to the business. We place strong focus on ensuring the team are kept up to date with the latest IT developments, so that our customers can fully have the benefit from our knowledge and advice.

The Technical Solutions Architect will work closely with our customers to provide them with strategic IT advice and help to design and deliver digital transformation initiatives.


  • Work with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production with our clients, balancing the long-term and immediate needs.
  • Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
  • Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
  • Oversee data security, management, and governance initiatives in client sites.
  • Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.
  • Help define the company’s overall technology strategy to support business objectives.
  • Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the designing and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical delivery.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of disaster recovery and IT security incident response plans.
  • Ensure tight collaboration across departments to drive strategic initiatives, including understanding of the alignment between technology strategy and various technology road maps.
  • Create strategic plans and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services.


Strong skills in strategic planning, goal setting, processes development, budgeting, and creating opportunities for professional development within technology teams.

·       Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities with a problem-solving aptitude. MUST be a team player, able to operate in a team environment.

·       Solid understanding of broad technology trends and the ability to align innovation with business goals.

·       Strong communication with ability to convey technical topics in easy-to-understand business terms and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

·       Strategic smarts, including the ability to identify new opportunities, drive clarity, create focus, and make tough decisions in complex and dynamic contexts.

·       Ability to track and identify new technologies to solve complex business issues.

·       You will have highly developed documentation skills to ensure that the solutions we propose can be presented in an accurate and professional manner, capturing essential customer requirements and detailing key elements of the solution.


·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field.

·       Previous experience as a solutions consultant, pre-sales technical consultant, or as a senior engineering leader overseeing architecture and engineering for enterprise-wide technology platforms.

·       Experience leading complex, major changes and initiatives; demonstrated skills in change management on an organizational and interpersonal level; experience with integrating teams across multiple business units and managing a geographically dispersed workforce.

·       Background qualifications and experience with VMware and virtualised server infrastructure.

·       Ideally – Experience designing and managing an effective IT governance framework across the spectrum of IT service delivery.
