The Process

Site audit– Investigate cabling, switching, routing and overall Network Topology

Redesign – design a more functional and cost effective model

Planning – Prepare Project plan outlining goals and timings

Agreement – agree time-frame, procedures and downtime with the client

Implementation – execute the project plan as agreed between DNA and its client

Signoff – Prepare a detailed project delivery document outlining delivery of agreed goals and objectives and close the project when agreed by the client

Support – prepare and agree contract for ongoing maintenance of the site after the initial project work is completed
