Hosted Emails

A secure and reliable cloud-based email platform for your business: Microsoft Exchange® lets organisations big and small reap the rewards of using Exchange in conjunction with Outlook without having to invest in any costly infrastructure. Emails are stored centrally on managed servers. You can share your calendars, contacts, mail setups and use your Smartphone.

Hosted Exchange is an excellent alternative to running email servers locally in the office or managing the platform internally. Our Enterprise-based Exchange® allows you to manage your email accounts and their setups from  your own control panel. You don’t have to worry about managing backups, disaster recovery issues  or making sure it’s available 24/7 anymore.

Emails and data are stored on DNA IT Solutions' cloud platform, which provides speed, security and redundancy from wherever you are. This allows users to access their email, calendar, contacts and shared files by a variety of means (including through Outlook®, Active Sync and Outlook Web Access).

  1. Benefits of Hosted Exchange Email for SMEs

In contrast, Hosted Exchange provides low-cost, user-friendly business-class email without a lengthy set-up process. Hosted Exchange’s keyline benefits include:

    1) Value for Money

    2) Simple Alternative to In-House Email Systems

    3) High Performance

    4) Outstanding Reliability

    5) Smartphone Integration

    6) MS Outlook 2010 or 2007

  2. Hosted BlackBerry and Windows Mobile Services

We offer the BlackBerry wireless solution as a fully integrated enhancement to our Hosted Microsoft Exchange Service. This gives mobile employees the ability to access calendars, receive meeting requests and reminders, task reminders and other messages generated by Exchange's groupware functions, as well as building a single mailbox for all messages, both wireless and landline. All you need is a BlackBerry from your mobile provider, and you can enable BlackBerry on your Exchange account.
